The hammam was carried out by Souyma, who was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel completely comfortable and refreshed – I walked out feeling brand new. After the hammam, I was offered tea and biscuits, which really hit the spot and added a lovely, thoughtful touch to the experience. I then had a deep tissue massage with Nada, and it was equally amazing. The service was completely unhurried, professional, and incredibly relaxing. We tried to book our treatments in person for later in the week, we didn’t get past the front door with the lady telling us to book online. We sent a booking request online but got no response, we then had our riad call a number of times to try and confirm they received our e mail but noone ever picked up. Finally we decided to stop by again in the hope our appointment had gone through, they located our e mail but told us they had responded ( they didnt) So I am sure if you get through the not so efficient booking system the spa is lovely but we did not pass the gauntlet.
