Very seldom does one experience business people at a conference or business – compliment and rave about the food – but the offerings were so good that this is exactly what happened. Emperor’s Palace were also so on point with regards to ensuring the presentations worked well with over-the-top attention to detail and managing of roving mics etc.The effort the Emperor’s team went to, covering for things we left out, but making sure everything went smoothly was really appreciated.A proudly very professional – South African hospitality experience. Around 11 PM, my husband realized he had forgotten his cellphone. We immediately went to the MVG desk, who quickly contacted security.We were assisted by Cedric and the surveillance team, who took immediate action to help us. Unfortunately, the Find My Phone app showed the device was no longer on the premises. Disappointed and frustrated, we left and returned home, where we had to call our banks to disable the banking apps on the phone.But Cedric and the surveillance team did not give up. They kept checking the camera footage even after we had left.To our amazement, at 6:00 AM, Cedric called us to say they had recovered the phone! Thanks to their dedication and excellent surveillance work, they were able to track down and apprehend the person who had taken it.We are beyond grateful for their persistence, professionalism, and care. Thank you, Cedric and the entire Emperors Palace Surveillance Team, for going above and beyond to look after your guests.This experience reaffirmed why we keep coming back. It’s a huge place and like five things in one. The casino is a decent size, we did not gamble, its in the local currency. The shuttle was a little hard to find to get back, but just ask around. From checking in with Zintle to the breakfast comi chef Dineo, I was very pleasantly surprised.. The staff really was exceptional! One improvement I suggest is to have thicker curtains in the rooms as lights from outside did keep is awake. Your staff on the other hand, pay them more. Go to Emperor’s Palace casino. I got R500.00 for birthday promotional free play from them. I went today to play with it. When I got their found it and selected a machine. I played. I got 2 bonus games. The first one gave me nothing and the 2nd one gave me 150. All what I have won and what they gave me was finished in 10 minutes. Now I had to play with my own money. I am not winning. I regret coming her. Someone warned me about this place, but i came. I thought maybe it will be a different experience for me. But i guess i was wrong. É seguro até porque não fica no centro de Joanes. No centro é que a coisa poderia ser mais complicada durante a noite. Assim, em princípio, não terá grandes problemas. Para me deslocar na visita que fiz em Joanes, solicitei a colaboração do staff da recepção. Eles têm colaboração com uma empresa local e assim escolhi o programa que mais se adaptou aquilo que pretendia fazer. É seguro e não tem problema. O Kruger, como já o tinha visitado há alguns anos quando estive em Moçambique, desta vez não fui lá, mas vale uma visita.
