We rented a cabana for the day for around £12 which was a great base. There are several food outlets in the park – we had pizzas from the cafe (they will bring it to the cabana if you ask when you order and pay). You can put valuables in lockers that you pay for – you can access them up to 3 times and then you have to pay again (it’s run by an assistant). The gardens are beautiful and offer lots of shaded areas aswell as there being lots of sunbathing areas. We never queues long for a ride and there is something for everyone. The place is super green and peaceful—feels like you’ve stepped out of the city and into a little paradise.The wave pool was a blast, and the lazy river lived up to its name (in the best way). There’s plenty for kids to enjoy, but also quiet spots if you just want to relax and soak up the sun. I loved the calm vibe around the adult pool—perfect for a bit of downtime.Staff were friendly, everything was clean, and the food was decent. Nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. Unfortunately they could not go on lots even with my husband or myself accompanying them. We had a fun day but it’s expensive considering they can’t do much. We loved the wave pool (every 30 minutes I believe it goes) and the kids liked the pirate pool, the long slides and the bucket pool too. The azy river was good too but quite long and there wasn’t much to see so for adults it’s good but for children they get bored easily. Maybe some animals or statues to see would be better. There was lots of different places to explore, a small park too for children and it was really clean / well looked after. The food was expensive but that’s expected at places like this. Quite a good menu ranging from sandwiches to burgers to noodles etc. we had burgers and chips and drinks which came to about £40 for 4 of us. It was okay nothing special. Staff are super quick to blow the whistle as soon as you finish on a slide… you must get out straight away. We understand this is for safety but they don’t even let you breathe once you’ve finished. It was a bit excessive. Especially In the children’s areas. Probably wouldn’t visit again unless the children were much older and able to go on everything. My 13 year old son cut his head open in the lazy river (entirely his own fault, the pool is very safe but he ignored the no diving into shallow water signs!!🤦‍♀️)They patched him up, paid for a taxi for all of us to get to hospital and back to our riad and even gave us all free tickets to come back the next day (which we did!)! Everybody (from the lifeguards, medical staff, taxi driver and managers) made him feel so looked after and they made what could have been a horrible experience into something weirdly special!Also, more generally; a perfect place to visit if you have a group that wants different things in a water park. Enough slides to keep the teenagers happy but with a lovely relaxing pool and plenty of space in the shade for the non-thrill seekers!Thank you Oasaria! We booked this as a ‘pool day’, a chance to unwind a bit at the midpoint of our stay in Marrakesh… we were so ready for it. Rather than just a pool we liked the idea of being able to do a little more so the lazy river and slides were a bonus. On reading reviews we headed for a Cabana next to the Zen Pool with 2 additional beds so we could switch between sun and shade and it was quieter away from the busier wave / children’s pool. The whole complex was quieter than we anticipated with no waiting for slides etc. all was clean and water clear. Food and drink was reasonably priced as far as I am concerned. Pizza was nice, chicken burger not the best but ok. Although the AM shuttle didn’t arrive resulting in a taxi ride, we got the free shuttle back which was a bonus. On this alone we were talking about returning to Marrakesh with the children as they would love this place. Not too big, lots of life guards to watch over. The place is super green and peaceful—feels like you’ve stepped out of the city and into a little paradise. The wave pool was a blast, and the lazy river lived up to its name (in the best way). There’s plenty for kids to enjoy, but also quiet spots if you just want to relax and soak up the sun. I loved the calm vibe around the adult pool—perfect for a bit of downtime.
