We have visited twice as a family. We particularly enjoyed good fun and great photographs at the Queen Vic and Ice bar, shops are very repetitive with overpriced fake goods. Be aware of rude egyptian staff particularly at open bars and entertainment areas. We queued to purchase a candy floss, paid gained a ticket, then queued for the candy floss maker only to be passed over whilst he smiled in our faces and allowed his Egyptian friends to queue jump and serve them all before us- as a result we left without wasting anymore time. We raised our compliant with the owner to obtain our refund- member of staff called over, who then denied this to the other staff. Nice people selling souvenirs, very friendly. You can find everything, from cigarettes and perfumes to shoes and clothes, and the prices are very negotiable, but it also depends on the vibe of the seller. As I passed through the security gate, I was asked, “Where are you going, and where do you work?” without even being asked whether I am a resident within the group. Sep 2025 • Friends Soho Square, is a beautiful outdoor Shopping Center, where you can find many shops and bazaars to go shopping, and literally get involved in the magic of its lights, its suggestive views and quaint clubs, and multiple bars and restaurants, where you can have a drink in pleasant company and atmosphere, and maybe be involved in fascinating shows and live music on the main stage, comfortable seats and even smoke the characteristic Shisha.
