We can’t complain about the food because it was tasty, it was only the guests themselves who took care of the dirt and walked for food as if their lives depended on it.Drink, well only local drinks and they are really not tasty! Only the gin tonic and Cuba Libre were doable and beer (from a glass) because everything that is done outside is served in plastic whistle cups.Pools not heated so very cold. And I wonder if it has to do with Ramadan but dear God how unfriendly these people are here! If you ask for something it is too much, don’t dare to ask for a water or Fanta or something else before 10 in the morning because you just can’t get it away. I cannot praise them enough, all super attentive and happy to help. Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious and clean overlooking the wave pool. We’ve been a few times before and this was the best room so far. Replenished daily by the amazing housekeeping staff. We used the area around the flumes behind the kids club daily and well looked after by the lifeguard Abd Ahmed. Food was great and found plenty of choice over the two weeks. We also ate in the 3 excellent all inclusive restaurants available which was nice to be waited on rather than self service.There are loads of beds to sunbathe, no need to be up before the sun to lay out towels.We’ve found that the drinks have improved from previous visits, especially the cocktails. Two minor moans, there were a lot of birds accessing both restaurants which we haven’t encountered before. At breakfast in the main restaurant the birds were picking away at pastries which folk were going to eat. I appreciate it’s hard to keep them out, but this is not good. It would also be great if there were toilets at the opposite end of the existing facilities, close to the volleyball park as its quite a distance to either the toilets in the main building, or the ones next to the Asian restaurant. If out walking, the shop owners will encourage you to enter their shops, however a polite no thank you is all that’s required, just keep walking. The equal park was the highlight of the holiday and children loved it. The life guards were cleaning the aqua park always and would always help you with getting or moving sunbeds. The slides at the aqua park are a lot of fun and family friendly, and the wave pool is a great touch also making you feel like you are at the beach. The animation at the wave pool provide a good activity programme and they are all enthusiastic at their job and getting people involved. During the day it is 30 c and at night around 18 c.The rooms are neat and clean.All the staff are very welcoming and helpful.Nothing is too much to ask.Atef who stands by the beach and keeps everything super clean. We are very happy that we chose this hotel the aqua park was brilliant, the wave pool was clean and tidy the life guards were very helpful and always willing to help you with sunbeds. The bar staff were very helpful always made sure you had a drink with you. The slides at the aqua park were very good and enjoyable my favourite was the yellow boomerang slide. In the aqua park you will also find the animation team where a delight. They was very friendly and very enthusiastic with there activities. We joined in with most activities and we had a very enjoyable time. There was 2 English animators in the team with was lovely as you don’t really see many English animators and they was both so so nice, Daniel and Kayleigh gave us a lot of information about the animation programme and they both even showed us how to find the aqua park when we arrived in the being they walked us to the aqua park so we knew where to go in the morning so I would like to thank them both for this. All in all the hotel is fantastic for adults and families I really would recommend this place. All staff are very intensive, can’t do enough for you. They have all made the holiday relaxing and enjoyable.
