The hammam was very cozy and clean. I booked Traditional Orient package Which includes Hammam with Black soap scrub 30min and 45 min massage. The staff was very friendly and professional. Only It was a bit disturbing that the staff were chatting on the other side of the door during the Hammam and thus it slightly disturbed the relaxation. But anyway I enjoyed very much the hammam Between the hammam and massage, I was able to enjoy tasty mint tea and small cookies on the nice roof terrace, which was really delightful.In the hammam you will be given a bathrobe, slippers and disposable panties. The changing room has its own keyed locker, shower and hairdryer.I enjoyed very much my visit to Hammam Le Bains d’Orient.A big thank you to the whole team and especially to Fatima for the great work,she was so nice and professional and another special thanks to Kwatar (I’m not quite sure of the name) for the nice massage. We had marked the Ceremonial package (2h), but because there was a part outside and the weather was not warm enough, they suggested the exchange for a different package, with the respective adjustment of the value.The professionals who accompanied us were great, we loved the experience. The only part where you feel a bit of the pressure of having a lot of marking and a lot of people to be served, is in the waiting moments (short) between services, for example, when there was no bed for one of us, and nobody worried about the issue, probably because there is no solution. Anyway, all 5 stars. Beautiful space, clean and cared for, friendly and well-trained professionals. Many speak only French, but there is always someone around to help in communication. Only us and one other couple in at the time of our appointment so was nice and quiet. It is in a good location as well if you were wanting to explore before / after. The treatment consisted of 30 minutes of hammam and scrub and 40 minutes of massage. The steam room was fabulous! My spouse and I were alone in our cabin. We were received by Soukaina and Fati (I do not remember the full handwriting of the first name), who were extremely kind. They explained everything to us and asked us every time for the pressure of the scrub etc.As for the massage, my spouse enjoyed his, mine was quite random. When it’s somewhere I know, those reviews rarely appear to be the same place and I wonder at reasons behind them. Yes, it’s not easy to find if you aren’t used to Marrakech, but find the guest Palace by going north from Jma al Fnaa up Rue Dar el Glaoui, turn left towards Bab Doukala along Route Sisi Abdelaziz and it’s the first alley to the left. I can’t praise Les Bains d’Orient highly enough. It’s the best spa we’ve ever been to, not just in Marrakech but anywhere, and that includes the beer spa in Budapest. It’s welcoming and relaxing from the moment you step inside, professionally run with wonderful staff and every treatment we’ve had has been perfect, leaving us washed, scrubbed squeaky clean and oiled and relaxed almost to the point of coma. After a couple of days walking round the Medina laden with shopping bags I needed it. The massage was fantastic! The lovely lady did wonders for my back. After the massage we were taken to the roof top Terrance and given mint tea. A perfect way to come back to life gently after the relaxing massage. When I return to Marrakech I’ll definitely be back. The hammam was very cozy and clean. I booked Traditional Orient package Which includes Hammam with Black soap scrub 30min and 45 min massage. The staff was very friendly and professional. Only It was a bit disturbing that the staff were chatting on the other side of the door during the Hammam and thus it slightly disturbed the relaxation. But anyway I enjoyed very much the hammam Between the hammam and massage, I was able to enjoy tasty mint tea and small cookies on the nice roof terrace, which was really delightful. In the hammam you will be given a bathrobe, slippers and disposable panties. The changing room has its own keyed locker, shower and hairdryer. I enjoyed very much my visit to Hammam Le Bains d’Orient. Yes, it’s not easy to find if you aren’t used to Marrakech, but find the guest Palace by going north from Jma al Fnaa up Rue Dar el Glaoui, turn left towards Bab Doukala along Route Sisi Abdelaziz and it’s the first alley to the left. I can’t praise Les Bains d’Orient highly enough. It’s the best spa we’ve ever been to, not just in Marrakech but anywhere, and that includes the beer spa in Budapest. It’s welcoming and relaxing from the moment you step inside, professionally run with wonderful staff and every treatment we’ve had has been perfect, leaving us washed, scrubbed squeaky clean and oiled and relaxed almost to the point of coma. I visited with a male friend, but I neglected to mention owe we’re friends and they thought we were a couple. so we were placed in the same hammam, which wasn’t an issue, though being half-naked can be a bit awkward.
