They were the perfect guides and driver. This was a very busy and crowded marketplace but you experience what it is like among the locals. It’s a very old historic area. Many vendors and different items to purchase. However, vendors can be quite persistent and pushy. I personally preferred smaller bazaars in Luxor. Where vendors did not pressure you or swarm you.
