Spend a full day exploring Sal Island, accompanied by Mamadou MTT, an experienced local guide. Featuring colorful villages, volcanic panoramas, and turquoise sea, this tour is perfect for getting to know the island beyond its beaches and enjoying an experience rich in encounters and Cape Verdean atmosphere.You will start by exploring several iconic villages—Santa Maria, Murdeira, Espargos, and Palmeira—to discover different facets of the island, from the lively coast to more authentic areas. Next, you’ll enjoy a relaxing break in Buracona, famous for its natural formations and its surprisingly colorful waters.The day continues with one of the most unique sites on Sal the Pedra de Lume salt lake, located within an ancient crater. Once there, you will have the opportunity to float in the saltwater (weather permitting). Finally, you will head to Baía da Parda for an unusual encounter observing sharks in their natural environment, an impressive and accessible experience.A lunch stop is planned at a Cape Verdean restaurant (dish of your choice, to be paid on site) before the return trip in the late afternoon.
