Day 1 Kapkwai Gate – Tutum CaveStart your tour at Kapkwai Gate and hike through beautiful montane forests on the slopes of Mount Elgon. Enjoy amazing views, fresh mountain air, and a mix of new and old forests. Along the way, spot birds, monkeys, and baboons (if they don’t run away first).Continue gently to Tutum Cave, one of the largest and most famous caves on Mount Elgon. The cave is mysterious—no one knows exactly where it ends, and some believe it connects to Kenya. Camp here for the night and enjoy a peaceful evening in nature.Day 2 Tutum Cave – Kapkwai GateAfter breakfast, hike back to Kapkwai Gate using a different trail, giving you more chances to enjoy the forest scenery before ending your Mount Elgon National Park Tour.
