Suspended 50 meters above the forest floor and stretching 200 meters in length, this breathtaking bridge offers panoramic views of the ancient rainforest. From above the treetops, you might spot birds, monkeys, and the vibrant flora that make this forest so unique.(OPTIONAL After Canopy walk, you’ll continue deeper into the forest for the Colobus Monkey Trail, guided by an expert ranger. This scenic trail leads through tranquil groves and bamboo thickets, where you’ll have the rare chance to encounter the Angolan black-and-white colobus monkeys. These striking, long-haired primates are often seen in large troops, leaping gracefully from branch to branch. This 3- to 4-hour trail begins with scenic tea plantations and leads you deep into the forest, where you’ll be accompanied by the melodic calls of birds and glimpses of forest wildlife. Upon reaching the waterfall, take time to relax, soak in the mist, and enjoy the lush surroundings. After the hike, you’ll have lunch at the park’s restaurant before beginning your journey back to Kigali. Expect a scenic and peaceful drive back, reflecting on a journey that has blended culture, adventure, and nature into one unforgettable experience.
