Your experience begins with a convenient pickup from Sun City or nearby lodges, where your professional guide will welcome you before travelling to Manyane Gate, the entrance to Pilanesberg National Park.Upon arrival, you’ll board an open safari vehicle for a guided game drive during the late afternoon and early evening. This time of day is ideal for wildlife viewing as temperatures cool and animals begin to move more actively across the reserve, with the added beauty of sunset over the Pilanesberg landscape.Your guide will share expert knowledge of the park’s wildlife, ecology, and animal behavior as you explore the reserve. Depending on conditions and sightings, you may encounter elephants, rhinos, buffalo, antelope, and predators that are often active around dusk.The drive concludes near sunset, and you’ll return to Manyane Gate before full darkness, followed by a transfer back to your hotel or lodge.
