Day 1 Arrival in Addis Ababa – City DiscoveryUpon arrival at Bole International Airport, be warmly greeted and transferred to a luxurious 5-star hotel. After time to relax and refresh, begin your introduction to Ethiopia with a guided city tour. Visit the renowned National Museum of Ethiopia, home to the famous fossil “Lucy,” one of the oldest human ancestors ever discovered.Enjoy lunch at a top local restaurant and explore key highlights of the capital, a vibrant city blending tradition and modern life. In the evening, return to your hotel for dinner and overnight in comfort.Day 2 Addis Ababa – Bahir Dar – Lake Tana ExplorationAfter breakfast, transfer to the airport for your domestic flight to Bahir Dar. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and relax briefly before heading to the shores of Lake Tana, Ethiopia’s largest lake and the source of the Blue Nile.Take a scenic boat trip to the historic island monasteries, beautifully decorated with ancient religious paintings. Later, visit the spectacular Blue Nile Falls (seasonal water level permitting). The area is rich in birdlife, including bee-eaters and parrots. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight. Lunch and dinner included.Day 4 Simien Mountains National Park – Wildlife and Scenic TrekAfter breakfast, drive to the breathtaking Simien Mountains National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its dramatic escarpments, deep valleys, and Afro-alpine vegetation.Enjoy a guided walk with spectacular panoramic views and excellent wildlife spotting opportunities.
