day 1 fez -ifrane – midelt – ziz valley- merzougastart at 07.30 am and travel from Fez to the Merzouga desert. however, this will not be any ordinary drive. certainly, we will stop along the way at a number of enjoyable destinations. firstly, the first stop is ifrane, the alpine-style townhome, and cedar forests situated in Morocco’s middle atlas mountains to observe/feed the barbary monkey…after that, moving to the popular pitstop of midelt ( break for lunch). then, carrying on through the lush green ziz valley before reaching merzouga.upon arrival merzouga, transfer to the hotel to store your luggage. the camels will be waiting for us for a camel trekking experience (around 45 min) to enjoy the sunset on camelback to nomad tents where you will have dinner under the starry sky with a berber folklore show (overnight desert camp).day 2 merzouga – rissani – tinghir – todra gorges – dades valley –skoura – ouarzazatebegin your day with a memorable sunrise over the sand dunes of the merzouga desert, and have a delicious breakfast and shower at the hotel/riad. leave Merzouga to rissani for an enjoyable excursion to see kasbah, old palaces, and visit tomb moulay-ali-sherif. after that, continue our drive to todra gorges, stop to discover together the place, and get information about the history, culture, traditions, and way of life.in valley todra you’ll have also a general idea about how the tribal chief /sheik manages life at the tribe. (lunch at todra valley). visit kelaat mgouna, a berber city that celebrates yearly a festival of roses in may. certainly, with your driver, we’ll meet locals and see rose water products made only from the rose used for the face and body. arrival ouarzazate drop off hotel/riad (dinner/overnight)day 3 ouarzazate – ait benhaddou- tizi n’tichka pass- marrakechafter breakfast, make our way to Marrakech where the Sahara adventure end, on our way from ouarzazate discover fascinating sights including ait ben haddou kasbah’s (unesco-site) natural decoration for many films. for instance, “lawrence of Arabia”, “the mummy “, and “ jesus of Nazareth. passing through the high atlas mountains with short stops to enjoy the fresh air, and certainly capture unforgettable photos.arrival, tichka breaks for lunch. then, continue to marrakech city via the tizin’tichka pass while watching wonderful views. in addition, berber villages. finally, on arrival at marrakech, transfer to your hotel/riad. end of 3 days desert tour fez to marrakech.
