Footing can be loose, especially after rain, so take your time on descents. Wildlife is present, but encounters are rare. If you spot a snake or other critters, give them space and keep moving. First-timers often underestimate the trail’s demands. Pace yourself, take breaks, and enjoy the views. The effort pays off when you reach the summit and take in the sweeping vistas.
