So much to do and experience. The resort is huge and I was quite overwhelmed at first but soon found my bearings. There is a shuttle bus that comes every 15 mins which stops at all areas of the hotel. We used it daily. The drivers are great. There are lots of cats all over the resort. I found it quite difficult seeing them as they are strays and I felt very sorry for them. I asked at customer services about them and they gave me a card with the details of 2 ladies who with the support of their Facebook group look after the cats. Please join their Facebook page and follow for updates and support them. You can also raise any health issues etc with them and they will help. They do get the cats neutered and you will see some with ears tipped. We took a lot of cat treats with us and the cats loved them. We also offered the cats some food and water as they are hungry and thirty. As long as you clear away after then the hotel does not mind. The staff and management were great about us doing this. I don’t really understand what all the bad reviews. There’s lots of restaurants all quite similar but typical for an all inclusive holiday just on a big scale. My 7 year old is a fussy eater. There was a pasta bar, burgers and fresh pizzas. There’s free icecream by reception and a bakery full of cakes and a stall by the funfair with waffles and icecream.The funfair is free, there’s a big VR room with some games all free to use. You get table service all around the hotel. Even at your rooms pool. The workers from cleaners, waiters and life guards work so hard and are very friendly. We loved our room cleaner. He was so sweet. On our son’s birthday he decorated our room and put a chocolate cake there. (We didn’t tell the hotel it was his birthday. The cleaner saw his cards)The sales people are a big annoyance! There’s a huge animal water frame with about 12 big curly slides, which are listed as “age 10” but the lifeguards let our 4 year old on them and lots of little kids safely on these with parents.
